Terms of service
Terms of Service
Welcome to Viorra.
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Viorra online store and the services and features available through it, including browsing products, creating accounts, placing orders, and using chat, search, or recommendation tools.
By accessing or using the store or completing a purchase through it, the user agrees to these Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies published on the store.

- Customer: Any user who places an order or purchases a product from the store.

- Order: A purchase request submitted by the customer through the store.
- Account: An account created by the user on the store, where account registration is available.
Eligibility to Use the Store
Users must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and complete electronic purchases.
If a user is below the legal age, the store must be used under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The store may refuse or restrict access where use violates applicable laws or these Terms.
Accuracy of Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order, including:
- Name.
- Phone number.
- Email address.
- Shipping address.
- Billing information.
- Any other information required to fulfill the order.
The customer is responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.
Customers must update their information when it changes.
Accounts and Passwords
Where an account is created, the customer is responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login information.
- Not sharing the password with others.
- Activities carried out through the account, unless unauthorized use has been reported to the store.
- Contacting us immediately if unauthorized access or use is suspected.
The store may suspend or close an account used in violation of applicable laws or these Terms, without affecting the customer’s rights relating to accepted orders or amounts already paid.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product names, descriptions, images, sizes, features, and other published information.
Product colors or packaging may differ slightly from the images because of:
- User screen settings.
- Lighting and photography.
- Packaging updates made by the manufacturer.
- Differences between production batches.
Where a packaging difference does not change the product, size, or essential formulation, the available packaging version may be supplied, unless the packaging difference is material or each version is listed as a separate product.
Customers should review product descriptions, ingredients, instructions, and warnings before purchasing or using a product.
Perfumes, Cosmetics, and Personal Care Products
The scent or longevity of a perfume, the appearance of a color, or the result of a cosmetic product may vary from one person to another depending on skin type, application method, environment, and storage conditions.
A scent, color, or shade not matching the customer’s personal preference is not considered a product defect where the product is in good condition and matches its description.
Customers are advised to review the product ingredients before use, particularly where they have known allergies.
The store does not provide medical diagnosis, and product information or recommendations are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or qualified professional.
Prices and Taxes
Product prices are displayed in Saudi riyals and include value-added tax where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges and any additional fees will be shown before the order is completed.
The store may change prices and offers at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where there is an obvious technical or typographical error in the price or product information.
The price applicable to an order is the price shown when the purchase is completed and the order is confirmed, unless there is an obvious and unintended error.
Pricing and Technical Errors
An unintended error may occur in a product’s price, description, discount, or availability because of a technical or human error.
Where a material error is discovered before shipment, the store may contact the customer to explain the correct price or information and offer the customer the choice to:
- Continue with the order after accepting the correction.
- Cancel the affected product or order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
The store will not substitute a product or charge an additional amount without the customer’s approval.
Product Availability and Inventory
All orders are subject to product availability.
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve it permanently.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and offer one of the following options:
- Cancel the unavailable product and refund its value.
- Replace it with another product after obtaining the customer’s approval.
- Wait for the product to become available if the customer agrees to the waiting period.
No product will be replaced with a different product without the customer’s consent.
Placing and Accepting Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.
An order is not finally accepted until it has been confirmed by the store and payment and product availability have been verified.
The customer may receive an automated message confirming receipt of the order. This message does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
The store may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability.
- Inability to verify payment.
- Reasonable suspicion of an unlawful transaction.
- An obvious material error in the product price or description.
- Inability to deliver to the specified address.
- The order violating applicable laws or these Terms.
Where a paid order is cancelled, the amount paid will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with the applicable procedures and processing periods.
Payment
Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available on the store.
Available payment methods may include:
- Bank cards.
- Mada.
- Apple Pay.
- Buy-now-pay-later services.
- Other electronic payment methods.
- Cash on delivery, where available.
Certain payment methods are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected payment service provider.
An order is not considered paid until the payment provider confirms that the transaction was successful.
The store may temporarily place an order on hold where payment or related information requires verification.
Buy Now, Pay Later Services
When a customer selects services such as Tabby, Tamara, or a similar provider, a separate relationship is established between the customer and the payment provider in relation to eligibility, installments, due dates, and any fees charged by the provider.
Viorra does not control whether the payment provider accepts or rejects the customer.
Refunds for purchases made through these services are subject to the provider’s procedures after the return has been approved by the store.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are subject to the Shipping Policy published on the store.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific date has expressly been agreed with the customer.
The customer must ensure that the delivery address and phone number are correct and that a person is available to receive the shipment.
The shipping company may contact the customer to confirm the delivery location or time.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer does not respond or has provided incorrect or incomplete information, the customer may be responsible for the costs of reshipping or sending the order again.
Customers retain the right to cancel the order and obtain a refund if delivery or fulfillment is delayed by more than 15 days, unless another date has been agreed or the delay results from force majeure.
Responsibility for Products After Delivery
Responsibility for taking care of the product passes to the customer once it has been received by the customer or by a person authorized to receive it on the customer’s behalf.
The shipment should be inspected upon delivery, and any visible damage, missing item, or incorrect product should be reported in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
Cancellation, return, and exchange requests are subject to the Return and Refund Policy published on the store.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if it has not been used or benefited from, subject to the nature of the products and the applicable exceptions stated in the Return and Refund Policy.
Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory statutory consumer right, the applicable statutory provision will prevail.
Offers and Discounts
Offers and discounts are subject to the terms announced with them, including:
- Offer duration.
- Eligible products.
- Minimum order value.
- Number of permitted uses.
- Excluded categories.
- Maximum discount amount.
More than one discount code cannot be combined unless the offer expressly allows it.
An offer may be withdrawn or amended before it is used, without affecting orders accepted during the offer period.
Purchasing a product at a discounted price does not remove the customer’s statutory rights where the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order.
Gift Cards and Store Credit
Where the store offers gift cards or electronic store credit, the terms shown at the time of purchase or issue will apply.
A used gift card or redeemed store credit cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for protecting the gift card code and not sharing it with others.
Reviews and User-Submitted Content
The store may allow customers to submit reviews, comments, or images.
Any content submitted must:
- Be accurate and reflect the user’s genuine experience.
- Comply with applicable laws.
- Not be abusive or defamatory.
- Not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Not contain another person’s personal or confidential information.
- Not be used for unauthorized advertising or spam.
The store may review, reject, or remove content that violates these Terms. The store is not required to remove a review merely because it is negative.
Artificial Intelligence Tools and Recommendations
The store may provide chat, search, or recommendation tools powered by artificial intelligence.
These tools are intended to help customers:
- Search for products.
- Compare options.
- Understand general product features.
- Receive suggestions based on preferences.
- Track orders or obtain initial support.
Some responses or recommendations may be automated and may contain errors or incomplete information. Customers should verify the product page, ingredients, and official instructions before making a purchase or using a product.
Artificial intelligence recommendations are not medical diagnoses or professional or health advice.
The prices, availability, and policies shown on the product page and at checkout will prevail where they differ from information provided by a chat tool.
The processing of chat and recommendation data is governed by the store’s Privacy Policy.
Product Sourcing on Request
Where the store offers a service to search for or source a product at the customer’s request:
- Sending the product name or image does not confirm availability.
- Price, availability, and estimated delivery time will be confirmed after the product has been located and verified.
- No binding order is created until the customer approves the product, price, and details.
- Packaging or country of distribution may differ where this has been disclosed to the customer before payment.
- Specially sourced or prepared products may be subject to legally permitted return exceptions stated in the Return and Refund Policy.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not use the store to:
- Violate applicable laws.
- Impersonate another person.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Disrupt the store or interfere with its performance.

- Collect user data without authorization.
- Use automated tools to extract content or prices in a way that harms the store.
- Place fraudulent orders or misuse discounts.
- Use a payment method without the owner’s authorization.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of the store or any third party.

Store content may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without prior written authorization, except for ordinary personal use for shopping purposes.
Brand names and product images may belong to their respective owners and are used to identify and display products.
Third-Party Links and Services
The store may contain links to or integrations with external services, including payment gateways, shipping providers, and social media platforms.
External services are subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers.
The store is not responsible for content or services operated independently by third parties, without affecting Viorra’s responsibility for fulfilling its direct obligations to the customer.
Store Availability
We seek to keep the store available and secure, but it may be temporarily unavailable because of:
- Maintenance and updates.
- Technical failures.
- Hosting or communications problems.
- Cyberattacks.
- Events beyond the store’s reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues and restore service.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law or limits the customer’s statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, the store is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the website unless they result from the store’s wrongdoing or negligence.
The store is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Using a product contrary to its instructions.

Please include the order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant documents or images.
We will review the complaint and seek to resolve it within a reasonable period, without affecting the customer’s right to contact the competent authorities.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when the store’s services, policies, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be published on this page and will apply to use of the store and new orders from the date of publication.
Changes will not apply retrospectively to an order accepted before the update, unless required by law or more favorable to the customer.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.
The affected provision will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law or will be replaced with a lawful provision that achieves a similar purpose.
