VIORRA currently ships orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping costs SAR 15.
Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders of SAR 200 or more, as calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
For addresses within Jeddah, estimated delivery is 1–3 business days.
For addresses outside Jeddah and within Saudi Arabia, estimated delivery is 2–4 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, peak shopping periods, weather conditions, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Order and Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number when placing an order.
The shipping carrier may contact the customer to confirm the delivery location or arrange delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed because the delivery information is incorrect or incomplete, or because the recipient is unavailable or does not respond to the carrier, additional delivery charges may apply when reshipping the order.
